Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Process
   You may cancel your subscription by contacting us via email at contact@consciouss.net.

2. Non-Refundable Payments
   Fees paid for subscriptions are non-refundable, except under the conditions outlined below.

3. Refundable Recurring Fees
   If you have subscribed to a plan requiring recurring payments, you may be eligible for a refund of the recurring fee only:

   • Eligibility: Cancellation requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date of the subscription.

   • Refund Amount: The recurring fee, minus applicable taxes, will be refunded.

   • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within three (3) working days and credited to the original payment method.

   • Exclusions: Cancellation requests made after the seven (7)-day Refund Period will not qualify for a refund.

4. Post-Cancellation Access
   Upon cancellation, access to subscription-exclusive features will be disabled. Your account will remain active on the platform unless you request its deletion.
